Metal Expansion Joint Manufacturer & Supplier

Our Main Product

Not sure which type fits your line? Tell us the movement and the pipe end —we’ll tell you which one to use, and why the other two won’t work.

Our Advantage

A failed expansion joint doesn’t cost you the price of the joint. It costs you the shutdown. Here’s what we check before you get a quote.

We Calculate the Movement Before We Quote

Most failed joints were never the wrong quality — they were the wrong design.
Too few convolutions for the movement, and the bellows fatigues in one season.

Send us pipe size, working and installation temperature, pressure, medium
and the movement you expect. Our engineer checks it and tells you the
convolution count and ply you actually need — before you place the order,
free of charge.

  • Axial, lateral & angular movement calculated, not guessed
  • Tie rods sized for pressure thrust, so the joint doesn’t blow out
  • We’ll say “your anchor is in the wrong place” if it is

We Form the Bellows Ourselves — No Outsourcing

Ask any supplier one question: “Do you form your own bellows?”
Most trading companies will change the subject.

Our bellows are hydraulically formed in our own workshop from SS304 and
SS316L sheet, welded and inspected under one roof. That’s why our lead time
is a date, not an estimate — and why the price has no trader margin in it.

  • SS304 / SS316L bellows — and we’ll tell you when 304 is a mistake
(chloride above [X] ppm will crack it; 316L costs more and saves the line)
  • Carbon steel or stainless flanges
  • PTFE-lined construction for aggressive media

Tested and Documented — So You Pass Inspection

If your client or a third-party inspector asks for a test report and you
don’t have one, the goods stop at site. We’ve seen it happen to buyers who
went cheap.

Every joint is hydrostatically tested before packing. Welds, dimensions and
flange drilling are checked against your confirmed drawing.

  • Hydrostatic / leak test on 100% of units
  • Material certificates for SS304 / SS316L
  • Dimensional check against your drawing, not our catalogue
  • Test report and MTC shipped with the goods

Packed to Arrive Undamaged, Documented to Clear Customs

A bellows dented in transit is scrap. We brace every joint against
axial movement inside the case — this is where most cheap suppliers cut cost.

  • Export fumigated wooden cases, joints braced and protected
  • Full document set: PL, CI, MTC, test report, COO
  • OEM nameplate and your logo on request
  • FOB / CIF / EXW · T/T · L/C

Application Of Our Product

Twenty years of shipping into these lines means we already know what fails where. Tell us the application and we’ll tell you what to watch for.

Steam & Thermal Piping

This is what a correctly sized joint looks like in service — several units on one hot line, each absorbing its own section’s growth. We size the convolutions for the real swing between cold shutdown and full load, not just the design temperature on your P&ID.

Pump & Equipment Connections

Pumps and compressors kill joints with vibration, not pressure. At the nozzle we recommend the ply and face-to-face length that survive continuous cycling — and we drill the flange to your counter-flange standard so it bolts up first time.

Custom-Built to Your Drawing

This one didn’t come out of a catalogue. Around [X]% of what leaves our workshop is a non-standard size built from a customer drawing. Send yours and we’ll quote the joint your line needs — not the nearest standard size we happen to stock.

Large-Diameter Pipelines

Above DN1000 the real danger is pressure thrust, not movement. We size tie rods or supply hinged and gimbal designs to hold it, and we’ll tell you where your anchors have to sit before you install.

Buried & Underground Pipelines

Once it’s backfilled, you can’t fix it. Buried joints get full hydrostatic testing and corrosion protection matched to your soil conditions before they ship — because the cheapest joint on site becomes the most expensive one to dig back up.

Water & Utility Plant Piping

Water, air and utility lines are where buyers most often over-spend on the wrong grade — or under-spec and pay twice. Tell us the medium and we’ll quote what the line actually needs, and say so when 304 is enough.

About Our Company

We focus on metal expansion joints, bellows compensators and related flexible piping solutions. Our products are designed to absorb thermal expansion, vibration and installation displacement in industrial piping and duct systems. We support both standard and customized projects, from drawing review and material selection to production, inspection and export packing.

Hello, I’m Yanping from Gongyi Longsheng Pipeline Equipment Co., Ltd.. Over the past 20 years, we have continuously collaborated with rubber expansiont joint,Dismantling Joint, Flexible Metal Hose, Metal Expansion Joint, and more. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Manufacturing Process

Five steps, all of them inside our own building. Nothing is sent out, which is why a delay in one order doesn’t become a delay in yours.

Material Preparation

Plate, flanges and pipe ends are cut to your confirmed drawing. Material grade is recorded against your order number, so the certificate you receive is for your steel.

Assembly & Welding

Bellows, flanges and tie rods are positioned and welded by welders with an average of 5 years on bellows work specifically — it is not the same skill as pipe welding.

Inspection & Testing

Dimensions, flange drilling and welds are checked against your drawing, then the joint is hydrostatically tested. A unit that fails is re-made, not repaired.

Surface Treatment

Cleaned, polished or coated according to your material and site conditions, including marine and outdoor exposure.

Packing & Delivery

Braced inside export wooden cases to stop axial movement in transit, labelled by item number, and shipped with the full document set.

FAQ

Find answers to common questions about rubber expansion joints, materials, customization, applications and quotation requirements.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

A factory. Our bellows forming workshop is in Gongyi, Henan. You’re welcome
to visit, or we’ll video-call you through the line before you order.

Pipe size (DN), connection type, pressure, working and installation
temperature, medium, movement, and quantity. A drawing is faster. If you’re
unsure about the movement, send the pipe layout and we’ll work it out.

If the dimensions or flange drilling don’t match the drawing you confirmed,
we re-make it at our cost and cover the freight. In One years this has happened Zero times, which is why we can offer it.

Standard sizes 7-10 days. Custom joints 15-45 days depending on size and quantity. We give you a date, and if we’re going to miss it you’ll hear from us before you have to ask.

One piece for custom work. For distributors and repeat buyers we price in tiers from 5 pcs, with OEM nameplate and packaging available.

Often yes — but send us the other specification first. Half the “cheaper” quotes we see are 304 where the line needs 316L, or two convolutions short.
We’d rather show you the difference than win on a price that fails on site.
