Manufacturing Process

Flanges and related components are prepared, machined or drilled as required for the product configuration.
3. Welding & Fabrication

Which type of joint should I choose?
The correct type depends on the installation position and the function required. Dismantling or transmission joints are commonly used around valves, pumps and other flanged equipment where installation, removal or thrust transfer is required. Expansion joints are generally used where axial adjustment or movement allowance is needed in the pipeline.
I know the pipe size, but I don't know the model. What should I send?
Please send the pipe size or outside diameter, pressure rating, flange standard and the installation position. A drawing or site photo is especially useful when the exact model is not known.
Do you have the size and model I need?
Send us the required DN or pipe outside diameter, pressure rating, flange standard and preferred joint type. If you already have a specification table, drawing or model list, send it together with your inquiry for quotation.
Can I send a drawing or specification list for quotation?
Yes. If your project already has drawings, technical specifications or a quantity list, send them with your inquiry. This is often the clearest way to confirm the required structure, dimensions and flange details before quotation.
What information is needed for an accurate quotation?
