The Weld Is Where Cheap Hose Fails
Nine out of ten failed assemblies fail at the fitting, not in the middle of the hose. The braid pulls out, or the TIG weld cracks under vibration.

Buyers over-order length to be safe, then install a hose that’s too long and lets it kink. A kinked braid is a failed hose.
We cut to your installation dimension and will tell you the minimum bend radius for that size, so the assembly survives the way it’s actually fitted.

Wastewater Treatment
Chemicals and grit attack the wrong grade from the inside. We’ll specify 316 over 304 when your medium calls for it, even when it costs us the cheaper quote.
Power Plants
Hot lines move, and the hose absorbs what the pipe can’t. We size the live length for the real movement between cold start and full load.
Steel Plants
Radiant heat and scale are what kill assemblies here. We recommend the braid and any protective sleeving your position actually needs.

Manufacturing Process
Six steps, all inside our own building. Nothing is outsourced, which is why a delay in one order doesn’t become a delay in yours.
1. Hose Forming & Braiding
Stainless strip is formed into corrugated tube and braided in our own workshop. Material grade is recorded against your order number, so the certificate you receive is for your steel.
Cut to Length & Prepare Ends
Cut to the installation dimension you gave us — not rounded to a catalogue length — and the ends prepared for the fittings you specified.
Fit & TIG Weld
Fittings are TIG welded by welders who do this work specifically. This is the joint that fails on cheap assemblies, so it is the one we inspect hardest.
Final Check & Marking
Overall length, fitting orientation and thread type checked against your order, then tagged with your item number so site crews install the right one.
Pressure & Leak Test
Every assembly is pressure and leak tested before packing. A unit that fails is re-made, not repaired.
Wooden Case Packing
Coiled to its safe bend radius and cased for export, so the braid arrives undamaged and the assembly installs as intended.

The questions our buyers actually ask before the first order.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. We braid, cut and weld in our own workshop in Gongyi, Henan. You’re welcome to visit, or we’ll video-call you through the line.
What do you need from me to quote?
Bore size, overall length, working pressure, temperature, medium, and the end fitting at each end. A photo of the port you’re connecting to is enough if you’re not sure what the fitting is called.
What if the length or fitting is wrong when it arrives?
If it doesn’t match the spec you confirmed, we re-make it at our cost and cover the freight. In One years this has happened Zero times, which is why we can offer it.
Can you make custom lengths and mixed end fittings?
Yes. Different fittings at each end, non-standard lengths, and special assemblies from your drawing. Around 99% of our output is custom.
How long is the lead time?
Standard assemblies 3-5 days, custom 7-15 days depending on quantity. We give you a date, and if we’re going to miss it you’ll hear from us before you have to ask.
What's your MOQ, and do you offer wholesale pricing?
50 pcs for standard sizes, and we price in tiers for distributors and repeat buyers. OEM nameplate and packaging available.
Can you match a price I've been quoted elsewhere?
Often yes — but send us the other specification first. Half the cheaper quotes we see are 304 where the line needs 316, or single braid where the pressure needs double. We’d rather show you the difference than win on a price that fails on site.
